8 oz. Crab Classic, Chunk Style
1/3 cup celery, rough chopped
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
18 ea. toast points (lightly buttered)*
3 ea. radishes (shaved into paper thin slices)
18 ea. chive sprigs
18 ea. black olive slivers
Place Crab Classic, celery and mayonnaise in bowl of food processor until chunky but blended. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Prepare toast points by scooping a teaspoon of the salad onto each toast point, garnishing with radish, chive and olive. Serve chilled.
* Whole wheat or water crackers can be used in place of the toast points.
