1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Leg Style
1/4 cup basil or sun-dried tomato pesto
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tortilla wraps (8-1/2-inch)
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix together crab, pesto, red pepper and mayonnaise; spread onto center of each tortilla. Top evenly with spinach and cheese. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling; fold in sides toward center, then roll up.
In heavy skillet set over medium-high heat, cook tortillas, pressing down with heavy pan lid, for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until toasted and warmed through.
