Crab Classic ‘Poke’ Bowl
Ingredients
8 oz. Crab Classic, flake style, hand shredded
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Asian hot sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 cups sushi rice, cooked
1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced cucumber
2 sheets nori, shredded and toasted
Directions
Toss together Crab Classic, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and sesame oil. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds. Let stand for 10 minutes. Divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with crab, avocado, cucumber and nori.
