2 packages (8 oz. each) Lobster Classic
1 lb small pasta shells
4 cups prepared Alfredo sauce
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
4 cups shredded aged white Cheddar cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives, divided
Preheat oven to 400 ̊F. Grease 13- x 9-inch baking dish. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or tender but still firm. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat Alfredo sauce in large high-sided skillet or saucepan set over medium heat; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until warmed through. Stir in salt, pepper and 3 cups cheese until cheese melts. Stir in cooked pasta. Stir in Lobster Classic, peas and half of the chives. Transfer to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly; broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with remaining chives.
