Easy No-Mayo Crab Salad
Ingredients
4 oz. Crab Classic, flake style
½ avocado
3 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. red onion, chopped
juice of 1 small lime
Drizzle of olive oil
Dried cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice an avocado in half, discard the pit. Mix Crab Classic, cherry tomatoes, and red onion together in a bowl. Lightly toss it with a drizzle of olive oil and the juice of ½ a lime. Add the dried cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime juice to taste. Then, serve crab salad in your avocado.
