Lobster Classic & Cheese Pasta Salad
Ingredients
8 oz. Lobster Classic
12 oz bow-tie pasta
6 cups baby arugula
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
3/4 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup cubed Havarti cheese
1/2 cup prepared balsamic dressing
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Directions
In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and refrigerate for 10 minutes. In large bowl, toss together pasta, Lobster Classic, arugala, tomatoes, mozzarella, Harvati, balsamic dressing, salt and pepper.
