Spiralized Zucchini Salad with Crab Classic
Ingredients
8 oz. Crab Classic, chunk style
3 medium zucchini
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. lemon zest
3 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
Using a spiralizer, turn zucchini into long strands, trimming with clean kitchen shears, as needed. Transfer to large bowl. Whisk together oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir in basil. Toss with zucchini. Stir in crab, cucumber and tomatoes.
