Crab Classic Greek Salad
Ingredients
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 English cucumber, sliced into half-moons
2 pkg (each 8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced feta cheese
Directions
In large bowl, toss together lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, crab, red onion and olives.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and salt; drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Divide salad among plates; top with feta cheese.
