Air Fryer Crab Classic Cakes
Cooked in the air fryer, these flavorful classic crab cakes are crisp on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Store-bought spicy mayonnaise cuts down on prep time.

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp finely diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp finely diced seeded jalapeño pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
For serving:
Lemon wedges
Spicy mayonnaise or aioli sauce
Directions
Toss together Crab Classic, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, green onions, bell pepper, jalapeño, mustard, salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 8 portions; shape into 1/2-inch thick patties. Freeze for 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
Set air-fryer to 400˚F according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place half of the patties in air fryer basket; drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Cook patties, turning halfway through, for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Repeat with remaining patties and oil.
Serve patties with lemon wedges and spicy mayonnaise.
