Wild Alaska Pollock
Sustainably Sourced. Carefully Processed. Trusted Quality.
At Trans-Ocean Products, we take pride in offering Wild Alaska Pollock in the majority of our products—one of the most sustainable and versatile species of whitefish available today. Sourced exclusively from the cold, pristine waters of the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska, our Pollock is wild-caught under the strictest U.S. fisheries management systems, ensuring both environmental responsibility and superior quality.
Sustainably Sourced from U.S. Waters
Our Wild Alaska Pollock is harvested by American fishing vessels operating in federally regulated waters off the coast of Alaska. The fishery is among the best-managed in the world, with quotas based on rigorous scientific assessments and catch monitored in real time by federal observers.
Trans-Ocean receives much of its supply directly through Westward Seafoods, our sister company, a seafood processor with a facility in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. The pollock is processed immediately—either onboard or at shore-based facilities—then shipped to our state-of-the-art plant in Bellingham, Washington, where it’s crafted into the high-quality seafood products our customers know and trust.
What Makes Wild Alaska Pollock So Exceptional?
Wild Alaska Pollock is celebrated for its mild flavor, flaky texture, and impressive nutritional profile. It’s a lean source of protein that’s naturally low in fat and rich in essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and selenium.
Beyond its health benefits, pollock is also one of the most environmentally responsible seafood choices available. The fishery is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), which means it meets rigorous global standards for sustainability, traceability, and ecosystem impact.
Environmental Responsibility at Every Step
