Asian Chopped Crab Classic Salad
Tossed with a ginger and sesame oil dressing, this fresh and flavorful salad makes a perfect weeknight dinner – or pack the salad and dressing separately for the ultimate grab-and-go lunch salad.

Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups packed chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups matchstick carrots
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic Flake Style
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained well
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Whisk together honey, orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sriracha and garlic until blended.
Toss dressing with romaine, carrots, cabbage, edamame and green onions; divide among 4 bowls. Top with Crab Classic, mandarin segments, almonds and sesame seeds.
Tip: For a speedy salad, use store-bought prepared Asian-inspired dressing, pre-shredded cabbage mix and pre-cut matchstick carrots.
