Baked Sushi Cups
These savory baked crab sushi cups make an irresistible appetizer or snack that’s equal parts fun and fresh.

Serves: 4 (makes 12 cups)
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice, warm
3 sheets roasted nori, quartered
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style*, diced
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced mango
1/4 cup diced avocado
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha and sugar. Stir in green onions.
Transfer 1 tbsp rice to center of each nori square; spread slightly. Fit each filled nori square into standard muffin cup. Divide crab evenly among cups and drizzle with soy mixture.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is heated through and nori is crispy.
Top sushi cups with cucumber, mango and avocado. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Tip: Serve cups with pickled ginger and wasabi paste if desired.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
