Crab Classic Bibimbap Salad
Traditionally a hot dish, this cool Korean rice bowl is turned into a hearty salad for a fresh and flavorful lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked grains (like farro, brown rice or quinoa)
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style*
1 cup packed baby spinach
3/4 cup shredded carrots
3/4 cup cucumber matchsticks
1/2 cup kimchi
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sesame salad dressing
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Divide cooked grains between 2 bowls. Top with crab, spinach, carrot, cucumber, kimichi and radish. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with sesame seeds (if using).
Tip: For the fastest preparation, use ready-to-cook rice or quinoa.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
