1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Flake Style, hand shredded
2 cups diced tomatoes
1/3 cup diced white onion
1/4 cup packed finely chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1 baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
Stir together crab classic, tomatoes, onion, basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to medium high; grease grate well. Grill baguette slices for 1 minute per side or until grill marked and toasted. Spoon crab brushetta mixture over top.
TIP: Substitute apple cider or balsamic vinegar for red wine vinegar.
