Crab Classic Ceviche
8 oz. Crab Classic Flake Style
1 each avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
3 tsp. lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Place the Crab Classic in a large bowl and break flakes into pieces. Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and serve with salsa and chips. For added flavor, add 1/4 bunch of chopped cilantro and serve.
