Crab Classic Crescent Bites

Serves: 6 to 8
Ingredients
4 oz brick-style plain cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Leg Style*, chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and blended. Stir in green onions, Crab Classic and red pepper.
Unroll crescent dough sheet and divide in half. Transfer one half to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spread crab mixture over top, leaving 1/2-inch border along edges. Cap with remaining crescent dough sheet. Press edges together to seal.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into bite-size squares to serve.
Tip: Alternatively, use crescent dough rolls, pressing edges together to form a sheet of pastry.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
