Crab Classic ‘Poke’ Bowl
Ingredients
8 oz. Crab Classic, flake style*, hand-shredded
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Asian hot sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 cups sushi rice, cooked
1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced cucumber
2 sheets nori, shredded and toasted
Directions
Toss together Crab Classic, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, and sesame oil. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with crab, avocado, cucumber, and nori.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
