Crab Classic Queso Dip
Perfect for sharing, this lightened-up take on queso dip is easy to whip up for guests and sure to please any hungry crowd.

Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
4 oz brick-style cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic Flake Style*, hand shredded
1½ cups shredded Tex-Mex cheese, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Bread, crackers or sliced veggies, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In medium bowl, using electric mixer, beat together cottage cheese, cream cheese and taco seasoning until smooth and combined. Stir in Crab Classic Flake Style, half the Tex-Mex cheese, garlic and green onions.
Transfer to oiled 8-inch square ovenproof skillet or baking dish; smooth top. Garnish with remaining Tex-Mex cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Serve with bread, crackers or sliced veggies.
Tips: Alternatively, serve crab queso dip with tortilla chips or warm tortillas.
Substitute half the Tex-Mex cheese with Monterey Jack cheese if desired.
For an extra-creamy dip, purée cottage cheese in food processor until whipped and smooth before beating together with cream cheese and taco seasoning.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
