Crab Classic Rice Bowl
Ingredients
1/2 cup Japanese-style (Kewpie) mayonnaise
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp grated gingerroot
4 cups cooked white rice, warmed
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style*
1 avocado, peeled, halved, pit removed and sliced
1 cup drained kimchi
2 scallions, thinly sliced
4 pkgs (each 5 g) snack-size crispy nori (seaweed) sheets
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha and ginger. Set aside.
In large bowl, fold rice with 3/4 cup mayonnaise mixture. Divide rice mixture evenly among 4 bowls. Top evenly with crab, avocado and kimchi.
Drizzle each bowl with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with scallions and serve with nori sheets.
Tip: Sprinkle rice bowl with furikake spice or toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
