Crab Classic and Turkey Bacon Breakfast Fry Up
2 tbsp butter
2 cups frozen diced hash browns
1/3 cup chopped onions
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 pkg (8 oz.) Crab Classic, Chunk Style
1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 fried eggs
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Heat butter in large nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Add hash browns, onions, bacon, Crab Classic, salt and pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until hash browns are cooked through and bacon is crispy.
Divide hash brown fry up and tomatoes evenly among 4 plates. Top each with fried egg. Garnish with parsley.
