Curried Crab Classic Salad with Pineapples & Pecans
Ingredients
8 oz. Crab Classic, Flake Style
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped pineapple
1 tbsp. pineapple juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl combine the sour cream, curry powder, cilantro, pecans, pineapple and pineapple juice; mix well. Fold in the Crab Classic, salt and pepper. Serving suggestions: serve on fresh rolls or on a bed of greens.
Makes 2-3 servings.
