Garlic Butter Linguine with Crab Classic
12 oz. linguine
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1/3 cup butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pkg (14 oz.) Crab Classic, Chunk Style
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
Parmesan cheese, optional
Cook linguine according to package directions; add asparagus during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add linguine and asparagus along with Crab Classic, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until crab is heated through. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
