Greek Crab Classic Pita Sandwich
Ingredients
8 oz. Crab Classic*, chunk style
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup red pepper, chopped
½ cup prepared tzatziki sauce
2 tbsp/ fresh parsley, chopped
4 whole wheat pocket-style pitas (8-inch)
8 leaves romaine lettuce, halved
Directions
Stir together crab, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, tzatziki sauce and parsley. Stuff into pita halves with romaine lettuce.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
