Hearty Vegetable and Crab Classic Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 cups kale and broccoli slaw mix
3/4 cup pre¬pared matchstick carrots
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp white miso paste
2 tsp liquid honey
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style*
2 eggs, soft-boiled and peeled
1 small avocado, peeled, halved, pitted and sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
In wok or large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook red pepper, slaw mix and carrots, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
In small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp water, miso and honey. Stir into slaw mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender and well coated.
Divide mixture between 2 shallow bowls. Top each with Crab Classic, soft-boiled egg and avocado. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Tips
Substitute green onion with 1 clove minced garlic or 2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot if preferred.
To cook soft-boiled eggs, arrange eggs in single layer in saucepan. Fill saucepan with enough cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Set pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Place tight-fitting lid on pan and remove from heat. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes or to preferred doneness. Drain water and run eggs under cold running water for 1 minute.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
