Rustic Crab Classic & Vegetable Galette
Prepared with refrigerator pie crust, this show-stopping galette made with just seven ingredients delivers a quick and easy brunch, lunch or dinner main.

Ingredients
1 egg
1 rolled refrigerator pie crust
½ cup spreadable garlic-herb cheese, softened
4 oz (half an 8-oz pkg) Crab Classic, Flake Style*
8 spears asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Dill sprigs, for garnishing (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In small bowl, whisk together egg and 1 tbsp water.
Transfer pie crust to large parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spread cheese over pastry, leaving 2-inch border. Arrange crab, asparagus and tomatoes (cut side up) over top.
Fold edges of pastry toward the center, overlapping filling slightly, to create a pleated border. Brush pastry border with egg wash and sprinkle crust with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake in lower third of oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is heated through and pastry is golden brown. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve galette warm or at room temperature. Garnish with dill, if using, and slice into wedges to serve.
Tip: Substitute asparagus with blanched broccoli or thinly sliced zucchini if preferred.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
