Thai Crab Classic Noodle Salad
Ingredients
8 oz. thin rice vermicelli noodles
1/2 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 pkg (14 oz.) Crab Classic, Flake Style*
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 green onions, chopped
Directions
Place noodles in a large bowl; top with boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes; drain and place under cold, running water. Stir chili sauce with lime juice and soy sauce. Toss with noodles. Top with Crab Classic, red pepper, pineapple and green onions.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
