Green Bean and Crab Classic Casserole

Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg (8 oz) Crab Classic, Chunk Style*
1 cup prepared alfredo sauce
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup sliced red onion
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In saucepan of salted boiling water, cook green beans for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well and run under cold water.
In medium bowl, toss together green beans, Crab Classic, alfredo sauce, Cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Scrape into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
In small bowl, toss together onion, panko, remaining Parmesan cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Garnish with chives.
Tip: Substitute sliced red onion with shallots if preferred.
*Note: Crab Classic can be replaced by Crab Supreme or Simply Surimi in any of our recipes.
